Dave has been an advertising writer for over a decade. He graduated from the Humber College Copywriting Program before landing his first job with Saffer in 1996. Since then, he has plied his trade across Canada, working and living in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary. He’s worked on a wide variety of leading brands like Bell, Kelloggs, Proctor & Gamble, Ontario Lottery, The Bay, Royal Bank, Chef Boyardee, Orville Redenbacher, Starbucks, United Way and Kodak.

Dave has created award-winning campaigns recognized by local market award shows like Vancouver’s Lotus and Calgary’s Ad Rodeo, as well as by national awards such as The Extras, The Crystals, Marketing Magazine, Applied Arts and the ADCC awards.

Outside work, Dave enjoys the culinary arts (eating, mostly), increasing his ponderous, lifetime total of half-read books and watching alarming amounts of television.

He is now Associate Creative Director at Rain 43, an advertising agency in Toronto.
